How to burn the fat faster

You see so many fitness equipment and you ask yourself what must I Use to burn the fat faster.
Every magazine you open up tells you more about new fitness equipment. When you walk into the gym you see so many fitness equipments that you want to walk out.
Most people see these machines and they think it must be the best way to burn the fat faster.
I have see people shock there muscle. I see people target there muscles and I see people try to spot reduce there muscles.
As more and more fitness equipment been make and sell in the fitness industry. The old ways is still the best ways to train. What works in the old days how to burn the fat still works today.
Why ?
The body hasn't change our body can do only certain movements and it is design to do those movements only. Don't get me wrong there is new equipment that is really great but we will come back to it later.
Let me get away all this myths so you understand better:
Myth 1
You cannot shape a muscle no fitness equipment will make your muscles shape. You are what you eat and consume every day remember it.
Myth 2
Machines are better than other fitness equipment.
If we look at the most important thing. The exercise movement that is the range op motion. This is the only way the body function.
Lets take an example the bicep curl. You lift up the weight and you lower it down that is call the range of motion the weight travels.
Machines limit your range of motion while free weight and bodyweight exercises and other resistance exercises increase your range of motion.
Myth 3
If I'm training with weights or do other resistance I will get bulky.
This is for the ladies mostly and for some men.
Again let me make it clear the way you look is the way you eat and the way you consume things everyday.
Most guy you see or ladies that is so bulky use chemical enhancements to become that big.
The body is paper skin it is impossible to stretch like that with out the chemical enhancements.
Myth 4
I don't want to do resistance training because I just want to tone up and not get bulky.
Well I have news for you when you do resistance training combine with cardio you will get better tone.
Resistance training is so essential for the tone. Cause when you do resistance training you maintain the muscle. When the muscle is been increase, note it is 4 times smaller than fat.
Your body will become a 24 hour fat burning machine that means you will burn calories while you rest and not even in the gym.
Myth 5
I need to exercise everyday and eat as less as possible. This is so wrong.
You see when you exercise or train in the gym or home or park.
You cause destruction to the body you are breaking down the muscle fibers. That is what you do every day when you exercise.
To get this tone and great body we need to do it, but the most important thing people forget are you needed to let the body rest.
The body only change when we rest and that is important you need to rest at east 2 days a week with out any training.
Forget about this gym guru that told you need to do 7 days a week. He is on chemical enhancements his body recovery with the speed of light.
Remember you need to recover the body of your hard training at least 2 times a week. Also you need to rest and get enough sleep.
The most important thing is this if you eating less you cause your body more harm by exercising.
Your body needs food to repair the muscles and get the tone the ladies want or the Muscles the guys want.
So what is the best and less expensive way to exercise and burn the fat faster?
